Professional Model

The model adopted is a professional organization based on a Centre of Excellence philosophy with expert services that focus on the target demographic delivered by a skilled workforce.

The model’s core service delivery principles are:

  1. Consultant: to provide specialist consultancy services in the sector and for the demographic
    no re-inventing of the wheel
  2. Systems Re-Engineering: aid improvement & tailoring of services and systems of other providers to improve existing services
  3. Bespoke Specialist: develop bespoke services to address gaps in the system
    more appropriate and relevant services
  4. Education: develop be more culturally contextual resources, materials, training and mentoring
    improved knowledge, awareness and cultural contexts in the wider community and sector, proactively seeking to be prepared for emerging needs.

The model developed is to establish ICSA to provide professional guidance and service delivery in alliance with other providers, to improve current systems and address gaps.   The community intelligence collected through service delivery to be used proactively to work on emerging issues, advocate for the community and produce resources for education and awareness.

The model is being positioned directly within the broader community and social sector working collaboratively.
