Sector Collaboration
Recognising a need for better understanding of the culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities, ICSA offers information sessions and training to service providers within the sector. Developed through research and data, the courses aim at improved comprehension of broader cultural factors that impact the CALD community and a different perspective of how to address their needs.
We welcome frontline providers and organisations seeking assistance in communicating and understanding the needs of their CALD clients. We accept referrals and provide training across key focus areas that particularly relate to clients within South Asian cultural context.
