16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence begins on 25th November and ends on 10th December, Human Rights Day. In 2022, ICSA is supporting the movement through a range of initiatives.

Wednesday, 23rd November: Kittu Randhawa, Project Lead at ICSA presents on Cultural Safety in the Family Law System at Parramatta Family Law Interagency

Thursday, 24th November: (1) Kittu Randhawa, Project Lead at ICSA attended the Blacktown DV Forum

(2) Kittu Randhawa, Project Lead at ICSA presented at the Dowry Research Report presentation at the Forced Marriage Network

Friday, 25th November:

(1) Blacktown Knit Bomb Launch Event on the Village Green

(2) The Hills Say No to Domestic Violence at Castle Hill RSL

(3) Meneka Iyengar – Cooke will be speaking at the Domestic Abuse Vigil at Customs House, Circular Quay at 4pm.

Friday 2nd & Saturday 3rd December: Behind Closed Doors, the hour long immersive performing arts event creatively showcasing the experiences of South Asian families who have lived through domestic violence. Book now.
