ICSA receives no funding for this challenging and confronting work. We depend on the community and professionals who volunteer to keep our services running.

We can no longer call ourselves volunteers as our people are essentially unpaid workers sharing common concerns for the community and have a driving passion to do right by people with a strong desire for social justice.

Dr Dipti Talaulikar

Director 


Professor Dipti Talaulikar is an experienced clinical and laboratory Haematologist with a demonstrated history of working in the medical practice industry.

Skilled in Medical Education, Translational and Clinical Research and Tissue Banking has fellowships of the Pathology and Medicine Colleges in Australia and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medicine from The Australian National University.

Dipti is a passionate advocate for gender equity and cultural diversity having started a program at ANU focussing on women of colour in healthcare and a community group called Sakhi Inc for South Asian women working towards women’s safety and prevention of violence against women.

Dr Manisha Amin

Director 


Dr Manisha Amin has over 20 years of rich experience in driving strategic growth, financial turnaround, and  social  impact within  diverse sectors, including technology, nonprofit, and education.

Manisha’s work in  the  philanthropic sector has a proven track record in implementing structural changes and fostering cultural transformations to build high-performing, purpose-driven teams.

Manisha is an Adjunct Professor at Curtin University for communications and technology focussed on inclusion.  She holds a PhD in Arts & Social Science, has a Masters in Professional writing and a Bachelors in Marketing.

Simryn De Jager

Simryn is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Simryn brings executive experience across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors in commercial banks / fintech.

Simryn has developed a deep understanding of digital transformation and strong business acumen, having led commercial product divisions in payments and digital banking.

Simryn has supported strategy development, operationalisation, governance and policy development as Chief Operating Officer across four businesses.  She endeavours to achieve the best outcomes for the communities served, embedding strong principles for a sustainable future. Simryn has previously sat on the Board of The Seed South Africa, in the Education / Technology sectors.

Kittu Randhawa

Founder & Managing Director 


Kittu is the founder and Project Lead for ICSA leading the growth through quality of services. 

Kittu brings over 25 years of experience in Government systems, governance and contracting as a procurement specialist.

Kittu is a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, the subject matter expert on Dowry Abuse and working in complex and intersectional DFV within culturally diverse communities. 

Kittu is an accredited trainer and assessor, qualified as a certified trainer for multiple specialist training and is a NAATI accredited interpreter.
