ICSA receives no funding for this challenging and confronting work. We depend on the community and professionals who volunteer to keep our services running.

We can no longer call ourselves volunteers as our people are essentially unpaid workers sharing common concerns for the community and have a driving passion to do right by people with a strong desire for social justice.

Kittu Randhawa

Founder & Managing Director


At the helm of ICSA, Kittu runs ICSA’s operations while focusing on client-centric support services, informed advocacy and professional development resourcing.

Kittu is an expert in complex and cultural forms of family abuse, specialising in dowry abuse. She is an active advocate for people who are vulnerable and suffer injustice, having developed a library of resources, submissions and briefing papers on DFV in CALD communities.

Kittu sits on a number of boards and committees; she is an accredited trainer, interpreter, mediator and a Family Dispute Resolution practitioner and cultural consultant.

Kittu is also the CEO at the Community Resource Network, a sub-regional peak body for Western Sydney Community Organisations working to alleviate poverty and disadvantage.

Her professional background and career is in procurement and governance working at all levels of government and the private sector.
